Who we are

Lake City Home Repair is owned and operated by a veteran husband and wife team. Isaac meets with clients and executes their vision for what they need, while Courtney works the back end of the business. After working in project management and building custom homes, Isaac began to see that if he progressed in his career working for a builder he would be doing more paperwork and next to nothing with his hands. Lake City Home Repair allows Isaac to continue doing the work, problem solving, and craftsmanship that he loves while we get to know and serve the local community.

  • Those small pain points and things that need fixing affect how you feel in your environment. We want you to love how you feel in your home without the hassle of dealing with flaky contractors.

  • We can help your buyers see the vision of their new home come to life, help your sellers put their best foot forward with their house on the market, or be a great resource to your network when someone asks you for a reference.

  • Sometimes homes need fixing, and tenants don’t want to wait. We are able to promptly schedule repairs so that your tenants and property owners are happy.

  • When flipping houses or buying investment properties, someone has to do the work. Call us for remodeling or repair services so that you can get closer to turning a profit.

How to work with us

1. Request an estimate

Give us a call or request an online estimate. We ask for a detailed description and photos of the work to be done so that we can give the best quote possible. The more info you share in our form, the faster we can add you to the schedule.

2. Get on the schedule

We will review your inquiry, and send a quote via email. Once you’ve accepted the quote, you’ll be added to the schedule

3. Let us do the rest

Isaac will get to work taking care of your home. We offer a one-year warranty on our labor, so rest assured the work will be done with competence with no stone left unturned.
